Director of Faith in Action - Debra Rodgers (x106)
Strengthens and deepens the work of justice in our church by actively supporting our existing social justice action groups and building greater commitment and involvement in justice work by the larger church community. Manages the Unity Summer Program, a 6-week summer internship program for teens.
Groups that work directly with the Director of Faith in Action: Green Sanctuary, EcoMinds, Foundation, Youth Cultural Exchange.

Director of Congregational Life - Heidi Mastrud (x124)
Overall leadership of Congregational Life programming including religious education programming for children, youth and adults, membership development and integration, fellowship and hospitality, and sermon-based small groups. Strenghtens and deepens each congregant's commitment to First Universalist Church and UU identity.

Director of Administration - Patti Frazee (x104)
Oversees and maintains the financial integrity of the church. Continually monitors the nature and health of Church resources: facility, finance, communications, and personnel management. Understands the relationship between Church Resources and the Ministry of First Universalist Church.

Facility Coordinator and Financial Assistant - Chrystal Teachout (x100)
Works with the day-to-day operations of the building, including tenant relations. Maintains the church calendar and works closely with the Director of Administration to ensure smooth operations in the front office. Also assists in some financial aspects of the church: pledge information, automatic withdrawals, and check reimbursement. Reports to the Director of Administration.

Youth and Young Adult Ministries Coordinator - Katie Heaton (x109)
Coordinates all religious education and activities for youth grades 7-12 including Sunday classes, social gatherings, peace and justice opportunities and special events. Works with young adults ages 18-35 in conjunction with the First Universalist Young Adult Group (FUYAG) to provide special programs within the group and connections to the larger church community. Reports to the Director of Congregational Life.

Communications Coordinator - Kevin Watson (x110)
Coordinates and implements communication avenues for the church. Primary contact person for the Liberal, CyberNews, Orders of Service, annual reports, and other key mailings. Serves as webmaster and manages IT support for the church office. Monitors information flow for the congregation. Reports to the Director of Administration.

Program Assistant and Childcare Provider - Lily Franz (x107)

Provides administrative, clerical, computer and communications support to the program staff.
Coordinates childcare nursery needs for teachers, members and friends attending services or classes on Sunday mornings and other church-sponsored functions. Reports to Director of Congregational Life.
Children's Program Coordinator - Marsha Partington (x111)
Coordinates the Children’s Lifespan program, curriculum, communications, and volunteers. Plans and executes Children’s Chapels, volunteer events, holiday activities and helps with curriculum design and review. Reports to Director of Congregational Life.

Membership Support - Sandy DiNanni (x125)
Coordinates visitor/member welcoming, office activities, building security, and miscellaneous tasks as needed on weeknights and Sunday mornings. Reports to the Director of Congregational Life.

Music Director - John Jensen
Oversees all aspects of Holistic Music Program. Coordinates performance and rehearsal schedules. Keeps theoretically relevant with sermon topics to ensure music mirrors homily and vice versa.

Children's Music Coordinator - Maureen Hunt
Establishes and maintains quality music program that will serve as an integral part of our children’s spiritual development and religious education. Directs the children's choir and leads intergenerational music.

Sound Operator – Wesley Full

Cleaning Custodians — Mike Higgins and Wesley Full
